Isaro Mauve is a vibrant, rich, and translucent color that blends purple and pink tones. This pigment, derived from the quinacridone family, was developed in the 1950s and quickly became a favorite among artists for its stability, brightness, and depth of color. Thanks to its chemical composition, it offers excellent lightfastness.
Isaro Mauve is an ideal shade for subtle mixes. It pairs perfectly with yellows such as Isaro Light Yellow or Nickel Yellow, creating delicate lavender or pink hues. When combined with blues like Ultramarine or Phthalo Blue, it produces deep purples while maintaining the brilliance of the color.
